Purifying Water at Home

Order P&G Purifier of Water packets (four per purchase) and you can watch water transform from dirty to clean at home with kids.*

It also opens an opportunity to share an important message about the power of clean water and helps children understand the reality for those who do not have access to it. Each purchase will donate three months’ worth of clean water to a person in need. **

*The P&G Purifier of Water packet should always be used under the supervision of an adult.

**With your purchase, $1.80 (90 days’ worth of clean drinking water) will be donated to the Children’s Safe Drinking Water (CSDW) Fund. The CSDW Fund is a charitable Fund managed by the Greater Cincinnati Foundation.

How It Works

In addition to the P&G packets provided, you’ll need:

• Two 10-liter (2.5-gallon) buckets (preferably one clear bucket so you can see the purification process as it happens)
• A large spoon
• A clean, 100% cotton cloth (a clean T-shirt or kitchen towel will work)
• Scissors
• Dirt (from a yard)
• Bungee cord or clothes pins (to hold cloth over the bucket)
